Returns

Due to the medical and perishable nature of peptide therapies, we cannot accept returns once a product has been dispensed or shipped.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the incorrect product.

To initiate a refund, contact support@telomereconcierge.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photos if applicable. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
